Popular Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artist Mustapha Rahman, better known as Rudebwoy Ranking, has reportedly passed on after a brief illness.

In the early hours of Monday, April 24, 2023, friends and family of the “Hero” singer broke the sad news.
The former BullHaus entertainer passed away while receiving treatment at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital, previously Ridge Hospital in Accra, according to individuals familiar with the situation.
Following a Muslim funeral service at the Mamobi Mosque, the deceased’s remains was interred at the Madina Cemetery at midday in accordance with Islamic tradition.
Before his untimely passing, Rudebwoy had a recording contract with RawMind Records and was well-known for songs like “Jah Over Dem,” “No Drama,” “Yaro,” “Level Up,” “My Time,” and many others.
Numerous admirers paid tribute to him and his role in the development of the dancehall music in Ghana on social media.

Others also attacked and criticized the media and his coworkers for failing to help him while he was still alive and in need of assistance.
