Peter Famiyeh Bozah, known in showbiz fraternity as Fameye has expressed his disappointment after not been able to make it in the VGMA artiste of the year category.
The 23rd edition of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) by Charter House made nominees anouncement on Saturday March 19, 2022.
Many artistes, and other individuals have shown their displeasure by expressing how some well deserved artistes’ names are missing in a respective category.
Fameye who had 5 nominations, has expressed his disappointment for not appearing in the Artiste of the year category.
Fameye had Most popular song of the year, record of the year, Afropop Song of the year, Highlife artiste of the year, song writer of the year
Fameye Speaking on Ekwanso Dwodwoo with Abeiku Santana on OK 101.7 Fm, disclosed that he deserve to be in the Artiste of the year category.
According to Fameye, he being able to get the above nominations, he was expecting to be in the artiste of the year category. Though he is ok.

Top personalities like Abeiku Santana, Ameyaw Debrah, Raskuku and Captain Planet have also questioned Charter House for not nominating Fameye and Kofi Kinaata in the Artiste of the year category.
