Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has witnessed chaotic scenes as that two popular halls clashed during their hall week celebration leading to vandalism of property.
This occurred between students of Katanga and Unity Halls on Thursday night.
Security has currently, been beefed up to prevent further escalation.
Ashanti regional police commander has released the police force to control further escalation.
Meanwhile, Netizens has condemned the act of vandalism by the students.
A Facebook user identified as Yendi elephants posted;
“A science and Technology University that cannot manufacture cars are destroying cars”
