KNUST SHS Students Demonstrate Against School Authorities After Death Of Colleague.

It took to the intervention of the Kumasi metropolitan police force to stop the rampage of Student of KNUST SHS demonstrating their hearts out as a colleague , who was a business student died unattended to by the school teachers for fears of Possible case of COVID 19.

The reports from the heath directorate indicates that the student was suffering from stomach ulcers and that show to his demise.

Some media houses visited the school campus this morning and In a conversation with the students , it was revealed that when the situation happened , they (the students ) wanted to hear from the head mistress but instead they used her car to drive into the crowd and thus caused so much rage that led to the massive demonstration last night.

However, a director from the Ghana education service in a life interview with a media house named joynews during their morning show said that they ave asked the Ashanti regional education directorate to probe into the issue and are waiting waiting for the final report .

He also indicated that they will punish all student who were involved with the demonstration to serve as warning to others . It can be recalled that Accra girls senior high students also demonstrated when they record a COVID-19 case
