Artiste manager of Reggie ‘N’ Bollie, Mark Darlington Osae, has sued the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) and the Attorney General, Godfred Yeboah Dame, over the ban on Celebrities from advertising for alcoholic companies.

The FDA banned Celebrities from advertising for alcoholic brands to ensure that children are not misled thinking that alcohol is good.
Mark Darlington has issued a writ of summons, saying the FDA’s 2015 guidelines are biased against the creative arts industry.

Before the suit, some Celebrities like Wendy Shay, Shatta Wale, Kuami Eugene and others has spoken against the law and have petitioned for the guidelines to be revoked.
